At Living Fire we go beyond traditional master-teacher structures still so widely prevalent in spirituality, in many forms.

We will always stimulate your spiritual autonomy. Explain how you can reproduce and check results for yourself. Show you why an exercise works the way it works.

Learning through teachers & community

At Living Fire, all students will gradually become involved in passing on our wisdom, methods & techniques, to a degree of their choosing.

Learning happens through teachers, but also very much through interaction with fellow community members.

Central to our approach is the empowerment of all students to become able to gather spiritual insights directly, through their own efforts.

Moving from studying to researching

Members of our organisation start as students, while in their learning they are being trained to gain spiritual insights directly. This learning slowly transforms into doing spiritual research.

Collaborating with fellow students, they will ultimately take on research projects. First in a more formal way, later on fully at their own initiative.

To share with humanity. From the intention to contribute to the collective awakening of the planet & our solar system.

Towards Self-Realisation — and into Liberation

Our teachings are here to support the seekers of the world in their quest for Self-Realisation: the deep realisation that we are not the self (small s), but the Self (capital s).

This Self is the Soul, that is an individualised part of the Divine Reality. To us this is certainly no endpoint. It is rather a new beginning.

From this point on on — by putting our Self-Realisation to good use for humanity and the world at large — we are liberated further and further into this Divine Reality, that is our true home and essential nature.

Meetings in our organisation follow a unique pattern, based on a geometric symbolism, that was designed to give space to both the authority of a teachers AND the inner authority of learning members.

Because our teachings simply can’t be taught without teachers — but they would be equally impaired without members who are in the process of learning without the opportunity to share their experiences and declare their needs.

This makes room for students to explore their inner authority, and for teachers to remain learners.

The source of our teachings

Our teachings are an intelligent synthesis of wisdom, methods & techniques that mostly come from Yoga, Samkhya, Vedanta & Theosophical philosophies, understood from the level of energy dynamics.

As well as from direct insight, gained while in meditation. At the moment only gathered by our founder — and soon, hopefully, also by our students.

Intuitively logical

Our esoteric spiritual teachings, that are truly structured and brought to their absolute essence, do not only help practitioners become more intuitive, but also see the logic within their intuitions.

Only then can the full power of spiritual discernment, called viveka khyāti in the Indian traditions, be awakaned inside you. Through this discernment you will become a ‘Divine Bearer of Truth and Justice’, or ṛtambharā.

The key to developing this is learning to see the energy dynamics within each element of your inner and outer life evermore clearly. This expresses the central theme of our organisation: Energy-Based Spirituality.

Fierce Compassion!

Woven into our teachings is the spiritual force of ‘fierce compassion‘. Essentially, this is the use of healthy agression to step into your inner power.

This is of course never to be used to hurt or destroy what is valuable. It is the power of anger, aimed solely at the problem at hand, as a means to return to the Self. It is used only in order to destroy inner obstacles.

We teach you how (and how not) to wield this force of inner power. And to mercifully cut through the hardest of karmic rocks.
